Short Feature

The Task: Created for Magazine Editing and Production, the project required creating a short-form story or graphic centered around the theme “pivotal moments”. I wanted to explore the idea of agency and “creating your own pivotal moments”.

The Execution: I wrote and designed “An Amateur’s Guide to Change Your Life” in homage to nostalgic 2000s-style print magazine advice columns. To achieve this, I balanced a light-hearted, relatable tone with an inviting visual layout. This piece showcases my multidisciplinary approach, integrating original photography, editorial writing, and layout design in a digital workspace. Adobe InDesign and Photoshop were used to produce each element of the short feature.
